Portrait of the Wedding Couple
My personal favorite subject to paint. Full body, or close up portrait of the wedding couple
Due to the time required to create a portrait, the painting may not be finished during then event. I will start the painting at your wedding on that day, and then sent it to you after it is finalized in my studio
Scenic View
I will capture the atmosphere of the day in paint through direct observation in this classic painting subject matter. This is also referred to as painting en plein air. I can also add small, full body figures to the scene
Note: this option works best for outdoor weddings or venues with interesting architecture or a notable view
Still Life
This option is a great way to capture an object or collection of objects that have sentimental or romantic significance. Examples include, the Bride’s bouquet, shoes, the cake, the rings or other jewelry, a family heirloom, etc. If your still life is not wedding specific, please plan to bring the items to the event or, if you are local, I can photograph them ahead of time, for painting during your event
